Thompson Okanagan

The Thompson Okanagan region includes the east slopes of the Coast Mountains (east of Hope) to just north of Kamloops, and east to Revelstoke, and encompasses the Shuswap Lake system, and the Okanagan. Culturally it varies from the bluegrass ranching country of the Nicola Valley, to the vibrant city centres of Vernon, Kelowna, and Kamloops, and small hometowns such as Revelstoke, Grand Forks and Princeton. Each community expresses its unique viewpoint through varied arts and cultural activities.
