The Fort St. John Community Arts Council began a new community arts project, Art That Moves You, a visual arts initiative that saw locally painted artwork (painted panels) displayed on the exterior of City of Fort St. John Transit Buses

In the summer of 2004 fifty amateur artists participated in a graffiti art project at the skate park in Prince Rupert. Over fifteen hundred square feet of concrete surface became the canvas for tags, logos, cartoons, designs, original and copied lyrics, murals, and replicas of favourite album covers.

Enderby and District Community Play Project |

The Enderby and District Community play, "Not the Way I Heard It," was presented in May 1999 on the banks of the Shuswap River in Enderby. The community play process, based on Britain’s Colway Trust model, brought together community members and theatre professionals to gather stories using everything from traditional workshops to gossip teas.
