One day a few months ago I ran across an address presented at a 2008 Marketing Summit for the Australian Council for the Arts by Diane E. Ragsdale. It includes the imbalances in physical access to technology as well as the imbalances in resources and skills needed to effectively participate as a digital citizen.

The Theatre Listing is the annual directory of professional Canadian theatres and a unique tool for the theatre community. The PACT Communication Centre - PACT’s charitable branch - announced December 16 that The Theatre Listing is now available at www.pact.ca. in a free electronic version as a searchable and printable pdf. The Theatre Listing electronic version includes all the features you relied on in the print publication.
